    The very basic and first formula you need to know is of data sorting and filtering. You can either use it from menu bar or apply “Alt+D+F+F”. With the application of this formula you can see some drop down buttons on the top of your data. Now you can sort the data in ascending order, descending order, color sort or apply custom sort. Similarly you can filter the data in same manner by defining the specific criteria and it will do the job for you.

    After sorting and filtering, the next formula for large excel spreadsheets comparison is called “vlookup” function. Through this function you can compare data of one sheet with another and it will give your results in the form of true and false values. The mechanism of vlookup search for a value within the left table column and compare it with the value in the column row you define. It is necessary that the table should follow an ascending sequence.

    For overall numerical spread sheet comparison and calculation, you can use “sumif” function and it will calculate and compare the values of one spread sheet with the other. You can sort out duplication of data through this formula in spreadsheets that can be removed if necessary or used for calculation accordingly.

The most important factor in developing any relationship is the communication skills of any person, this you can do by getting the proper information about any client. You should develop an excel sheet as your record for every client and then you must call them at least once in month and send them greeting cards on the eve of any festival. These are small things that count a lot in having a better relation.

    When you communicate with your client through your, email, phone or letter you must consider his interests and tells him the things in which he is interested. When you are dealing with any of your regular client then take some extra care because it is difficult to make new clients then to retain the existing ones so make sure your existing clients remain satisfied with your services.

    Before doing all this, the most important thing is that you have to make a communication plan for your clients.  And make sure that when a communication plan is in place then you must have to manage the clients relationship very actively otherwise there is no use of that communication plan.
